Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide anesthesia for routine and emergency surgical patients, including sedation management and postoperative recovery assessment.
  • •Conduct patient assessment and reassessment in OPD, on admission, and prior to procedures, and develop anesthesia care plans.
  • •Provide anesthesia with a full range of anesthetic agents and manage critically ill ventilated ICU patients.
  • •Supervise and maintain documentation for controlled drugs, organize call schedules, and support quality improvement activities.
  • •Act as Chief Anesthesiologist as assigned, assist with day-to-day supervision, provide on-call emergency anesthesia services, and take part in CPR and labor analgesia.

Key Requirements

  • •MBBS from an accredited school of medicine and a postgraduate degree in Anesthesia (MD Anesthesiology) or equivalent.
  • •At least three years of experience in anesthesiology.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of safe use of general anesthetic agents, techniques, and methods.
  • •Current specialist anesthesiologist DHA license to practice in Dubai, UAE.
  • •Valid ACLS license.
