Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee QA quality for the consumer market across client-side and backend systems, performing debugging to pinpoint root causes and reproduce issues.
  • •Implement E2E test automation by turning customer-reported problems into automated test cases and user documentation to improve product quality.
  • •Monitor post-launch consumer reviews and complaints, using AI/chatbot and Google Analytics data to improve self-service coverage.
  • •Design semi-automated verification and standardized validation SOPs for manual billing, payment, and licensing workflows to reduce operational risk.
  • •Convert complex technical processes into systematic SOPs and customer-facing guides.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep understanding of software QA methodologies to analyze client-side and backend (billing, licensing) issues, collect complete logs, and reproduce defects.
  • •Proficiency in Python or Shell Script to independently author and maintain automation test scripts.
  • •Experience with test automation frameworks and at least one UI automation tool (Playwright, Appium, or Selenium) to run full E2E tests across UI and backend.
  • •Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI).
  • •Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
