  • •Own program performance by tracking contractual, financial, invoicing, cash flow, schedules, budgets, and risk register.
  • •Drive business development support, including developing business strategy, teaming partnerships, and client engagement plans.
  • •Oversee proposal technical approaches and cost estimates; review design documents and coordinate design reviews with stakeholders.
