Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and control Rates Trading Desk activities, including Turkish Government Fixed Coupon Bonds and Bills, Republic of Turkey Eurobonds, TRY Bank Bills, and derivatives.
  • •Price and trade cross-currency swaps and TRY OIS swaps within fixed income products and support FX spot and forward limit mandates.
  • •Support the sales team with competitive pricing and provide market updates.
  • •Manage rate risk in trading books and carry out fixed income transactions for customers.
  • •Fulfill Primary Dealer obligations and support curve positioning through appropriate products.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in any discipline, preferably business administration, economics, mathematics, engineering, finance, or science.
  • •Minimum 4 years of work experience in Treasury and Capital Markets / Banking.
  • •High-level English and Turkish (written and verbal).
  • •Strong pricing capabilities and the ability to identify market themes and close to optimum positioning on the curve.
  • •Hold CMB Derivatives License and CMB Advanced Level License.
