Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a product domain within Wordsmith, driving roadmap, delivery, and performance.
  • •Work with engineering to scope, shape, and ship features quickly and cleanly.
  • •Use Claude Code and similar tools to prototype, create PRs, polish product details, and unblock progress.
  • •Build prototypes and product flows to help the team make better decisions faster.
  • •Partner with marketing on positioning, launch plans, adoption, and track product performance to continuously improve after launch.

  • •Strong product ownership: take responsibility for a domain and drive it forward without waiting for perfect conditions.
  • •Comfort with code: confident working close to the codebase, using AI coding tools, creating PRs, and improving product hygiene.
  • •Strong design sense with evidence through prototyping, interface work, product exploration, or shaped feature examples.
  • •Sharp product judgement to identify real user problems, make trade-offs, and push toward simple, high-quality solutions.
