The Senior Subcontracts Specialist drives subcontract strategy and execution, leading complex pre-award activities, negotiations, and compliance. You’ll guide cross-functional teams, oversee bid processes, and ensure subcontract policies are followed while delivering cost savings and risk management across multi-project initiatives.

Job Function: Legal, Risk & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end subcontract process from pre-award through award, including drafting and negotiating terms and conditions.
•Create RFPs/ITBs, manage tender correspondence, and shortlist bids with risk and cost considerations.
•Coordinate with site leadership and multifunctional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
•Identify cost avoidance/savings opportunities and perform risk management reviews during subcontract formation.
•Provide guidance and presentations on subcontract management to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Supply Chain Management (or a relevant discipline).
•6-10 years of relevant experience.
•Field experience preferred.
•Strong knowledge of subcontract policies and processes.
•Proven ability to develop, negotiate and administer complex subcontracts and comprehend related policies.
