Perform electrical and mechanical installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance for company equipment and production machinery. Read electrical blueprints/schematics, execute preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair breakdowns, and align machinery and systems (lubrication, hydraulic, pneumatic). Complete work orders in CMMS, operate hand and shop tools (including CNC controls), and maintain safety standards, records, and documentation while participating in continuous improvement activities like 5-S and lean.

Key Responsibilities

•Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical equipment, including power/control wiring, motors, controls, and electronic devices, plus building electrical maintenance.
•Install and maintain electronic/analog/digital/hybrid machines and troubleshoot sophisticated electronic control systems.
•Install, maintain, and align production machinery and related systems (lubrication, hydraulic); diagnose and repair components.
•Disassemble, move, and reassemble machinery/equipment; perform welding and piping repairs for analog/digital/hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
•Enter and complete work orders into CMMS, operate hand and shop tools, follow standard work/documentation, meet safety requirements, and support 5-S/lean activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30.74 hourly

Key Requirements

•Complete a formal electrical apprenticeship program (or equivalent technical training or OJT) to become a Journeyman.
•Ability to work in high places and confined spaces.
•Demonstrated reliability.
•Subject to successful completion of the Trane Apprenticeship Program (if required) and company-approved aptitude testing.
•May need to pass, hold, and maintain a State of Wisconsin Electrician license.
