Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical equipment, including power/control wiring, motors, controls, and electronic devices, plus building electrical maintenance.
  • •Install and maintain electronic/analog/digital/hybrid machines and troubleshoot sophisticated electronic control systems.
  • •Install, maintain, and align production machinery and related systems (lubrication, hydraulic); diagnose and repair components.
  • •Disassemble, move, and reassemble machinery/equipment; perform welding and piping repairs for analog/digital/hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
  • •Enter and complete work orders into CMMS, operate hand and shop tools, follow standard work/documentation, meet safety requirements, and support 5-S/lean activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30.74 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Complete a formal electrical apprenticeship program (or equivalent technical training or OJT) to become a Journeyman.
  • •Ability to work in high places and confined spaces.
  • •Demonstrated reliability.
  • •Subject to successful completion of the Trane Apprenticeship Program (if required) and company-approved aptitude testing.
  • •May need to pass, hold, and maintain a State of Wisconsin Electrician license.
