Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategy, execution, and day-to-day operations of the liquid asphalt business unit.
  • •Provide guidance and oversight of liquid asphalt purchasing activities to ensure optimal sourcing, supplier relationships, and cost efficiency.
  • •Manage wholesale liquid asphalt procurement, including supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, purchase approvals, and procurement personnel.
  • •Optimize supply position and storage/terminal efficiencies to improve liquid asphalt margins, profitability, and EBITDA.
  • •Manage financial and market risk tied to liquid asphalt cost fluctuations, including hedging strategies and proactive mitigation of commodity price volatility.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • •10+ years of progressive leadership experience in wholesale liquid procurement, commodity trading, or chemical/fuel/beverage/agricultural liquids supply chain.
  • •Proven track record managing profitability and margin performance within a broader P&L structure and delivering measurable financial results.
  • •Experience developing and implementing a commodity risk management program is preferred.
  • •Strong background in operational excellence across liquid handling, storage best practices, and process optimization.
