Job Summary

Deliver high-quality HR Shared Services support by managing employee inquiries, providing HR system and process guidance, and executing HR transactions within defined SLAs. Partner with HRSS leadership and Center of Excellence teams to support Talent Acquisition activities and maintain a seamless employee experience. Contribute to HR data integrity and continuous improvement by supporting documentation, knowledge management, and process optimization initiatives, including testing and implementing new tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with HRSS leadership and Center of Excellence teams to deliver HR services aligned to organizational goals.
•Serve as the first point of contact for employees, managing HR process and system inquiries.
•Execute HR processes (onboarding, performance cycles, and transactions) with timeliness, accuracy, and consistency within SLAs.
•Support Talent Acquisition operations, including interview coordination, background checks, and hire transactions.
•Collaborate on process optimization and help test and implement new tools and processes to enhance the employee experience.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
•Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations, shared services, or similar roles.
•Proficiency with HR systems (e.g., Rooster, Workday, ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
•Experience supporting HR operations in a global or multi-regional environment.
•Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
