Key Responsibilities

•Implement strategies to improve release integrity, including automation in CI/CD pipelines and validation processes to increase deployment confidence
•Validate spatial algorithms, data accuracy, and system performance within the mapping platform
•Instrument quality health metrics and dashboards to give teams visibility into product stability and test effectiveness
•Drive internal tooling initiatives to improve developer experience and enable testing, measurement, and high-confidence shipping
•Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and product to identify system-level quality improvements and advocate for automation-first approaches

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience building and maintaining test automation at multiple layers (integration, end-to-end) for complex applications
•Proficiency in modern programming languages such as C++/C#, GD Script, or Python
•Strong foundation in release management, automation frameworks, and CI/CD systems with data-driven quality initiatives
•Hands-on experience with performance, resilience, and security testing and integration of those checks into CI/CD pipelines
•Experience building internal tools or developer utilities that enhance testability, observability, and release integrity
