Job Summary

Partner with SMB agencies in a one-to-many structure to drive revenue and build long-term relationships across the DACH market. Lead consultative sales conversations by creating scalable sales propositions using internal and external data, while troubleshooting agency issues and deepening expertise in TikTok products and tools. Optimize TikTok campaign performance for agencies, share knowledge with the team, and collaborate with cross-functional partners on strategic operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive revenue by educating SMB agencies and leading strategic sales conversations using scalable propositions based on internal and external data.
•Develop deep expertise in TikTok products, processes, and tools, including escalation and troubleshooting for agency issues.
•Work with agencies to optimize and improve TikTok campaign performance and identify programmatic opportunities to scale results.
•Support a growth mindset within the role by learning quickly, accepting challenges, and delivering solutions-oriented feedback.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and new team members to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in marketing, media sales and/or online advertising with direct client management experience.
•High oral and written fluency in German and English for direct communication across DACH markets.
•Proven experience working with agencies or in an agency partnership-type role.
•Ability to influence buy-in and build relationships with key stakeholders while managing a client portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
•Solid knowledge of online advertising fundamentals, including campaign setup, optimization, and KPIs (preferred).
