Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive product from the press, stack and place on pallets, and print pallet labels with Pecas using information from job docket and set-up sheets.
  • •Support material handling and ensure correct loading of product onto pallets and accurate labeling and codes, with neatness checks.
  • •Ensure jobs are complete and error-free by reviewing for quality and accuracy; pull product samples and send to Quality Auditors as required.
  • •Perform downtime and make-ready support, including assisting operators when the press is down and executing setup/breakdown tasks such as impression roller changes, doctor blade and cylinder setup, and print unit cassette installation/removal.
  • •Follow OHSE requirements, PPE procedures, and hazardous materials/waste handling; comply with cGMP, HACCP Food Safety, and Chain of Custody requirements while participating in the press crew.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED) and 1 to 3 years related production experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Very good mechanical and physical ability to perform production tasks.
  • •Lift truck operators must have and maintain safety training for operation of all company equipment.
  • •Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform prolonged standing and physical movements (stooping, bending, reaching, balancing, climbing, kneeling, crouching).
  • •Ability to rotate shifts and be available to work in excess of 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when necessary.
