Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to prevent equipment failures, operating mobile equipment as needed.
  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and minimize downtime for manufacturing and support electro-mechanical and furnace combustion systems.
  • •Maintain and support PLC/HMI systems and their companion controls.
  • •Maintain electrical power distribution, including the facility’s production equipment electrical system, and support AC/DC motors and drive systems.
  • •Follow safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout, and test equipment prior to production operator use.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a closely related field (or demonstrated equivalent experience).
  • •Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, independently or as part of a team.
  • •Ability to read and understand systems drawings.
  • •Experience with programmable logic control (PLC) and human-machine interface (HMI) systems is preferred/related to the role.
