Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and monitor operational health dashboards post-go-live to identify where clients struggle with correct, timely, or efficient work.
  • •Investigate root causes via data and direct shadowing, driving resolutions through training, process, and configuration changes.
  • •Facilitate client development of new SOPs and operating processes that fully leverage ValonOS; escalate product gaps to R&D through ProdOps.
  • •Act as a proactive safe-hands backstop to prevent client operations from failing while permanent fixes are built.
  • •Own ongoing client business-unit relationships, including executive business reviews, and drive adoption plus expansion/upsell opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •A track record of driving operational outcomes in complex environments (e.g., strategy consulting, banking, product or business operations, or startup experience).
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills to decompose ambiguous operational problems and identify key levers.
  • •Practical comfort using technical tools, including SQL, data, and AI tooling.
  • •Demonstrated AI fluency and the ability to restructure workflows around AI and coding agents.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
