Operations Specialist

Operate and support daily facility loading, unloading, and inventory functions for agricultural commodities in Erskine. Under general supervision, you’ll prepare trucks and railcars, run automated scale/dump systems, perform maintenance and quality checks, and deliver products to customer sites. The role emphasizes safe, accurate work practices, clear communication with customers and supervisors, and maintaining a clean, orderly workplace while using loaders, forklifts, and other equipment.
