Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver plan-based financial advice by assessing client needs, documenting client data, and recommending appropriate investment and insurance solutions.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Build a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence and documenting prospecting activities.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and competitive offerings to support meaningful financial wellness conversations.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, and support branch operations including assisting with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience (required), with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
  • •Foundational sales and service skills including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with clients.
  • •Knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web) to educate clients on digital platforms.
