Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate project activities, establishing success criteria and setting up project governance, processes, and systems.
  • •Develop and own project planning, including producing detailed project plans and monitoring performance management techniques.
  • •Drive delivery of health & safety, commercial, risk management, and quality across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Lead the cross-functional project team, manage change control, and advise on procurement and resource requirements.
  • •Monitor project finances, prepare progress and formal reports, and manage information flow with clients through meetings and written communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead infrastructure project delivery using strong project management discipline, including success criteria across time, cost, performance, and governance processes.
  • •Be heavily involved in winning new work, including supporting bid documentation and identifying opportunities to develop new business with existing clients.
  • •Have NEC accredited Project Manager accreditation.
  • •Hold a relevant degree (Civil Engineering/Construction).
  • •Have experience working on major Highways projects.
