Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap for the Agent Platform in collaboration with product management.
  • •Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of a robust, scalable, high-performance Agent Platform.
  • •Integrate the Agent Platform as part of the Group AI Platform spanning on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
  • •Build and manage a high-performing global team of ML SMEs and full stack engineers to deliver AI capabilities to requirements and quality standards.
  • •Establish engineering best practices including CI/CD workflows, automation testing, monitoring, and implement production observability, reliability, and performance optimizations while ensuring architecture, security, and SDLC controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • •15+ years developing and implementing software solutions, including 5+ years in technical leadership roles.
  • •Hands-on experience designing and developing agentic AI solutions.
  • •Proven experience designing, building, and delivering a large-scale agent platform, including agent planning, memory, tool use, orchestration, and evaluation.
  • •Strong hands-on development skills in programming and engineering practices (e.g., Java, Python, CI/CD, automation testing, observability).
