Job Summary

Develop and review architectural approaches for complex, multi-technology client environments, ensuring alignment with architecture roadmaps and principles. Proactively create new strategies and solutions, support pre-sales, and sell identified solutions and services. Partner closely with clients, vendors, and partners while maintaining and sharing IT industry knowledge. Also supports research into emerging infrastructure technologies and improves internal methodologies, processes, and tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct regular technology-related reviews and evaluate client requirements to advise on design, deployment, and operation of infrastructures.
•Develop architectural approaches for one or more layers of complex solutions and ensure alignment with roadmaps and architecture principles.
•Proactively support development of new strategies and solutions, including meta-architectural designs for complex environments.
•Support the pre-sales process and sell solutions and services as identified.
•Maintain, improve, and share knowledge; research emerging infrastructure technologies; and contribute to improving internal methodologies, processes, and tools.

Key Requirements

•Extensive advanced technical experience in a similar role within large-scale (preferably multi-national) technology services environments.
•Advanced multi-technology infrastructure design experience and strong strategic thinking for optimal infrastructure designs.
•Consulting and client engagement experience, including needs assessment and change management.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
•Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Management (or related field); scaled agile certification desirable and TOGAF or similar consulting/technical certifications preferred.
