B2B Sales Coordinator

Support the B2B Sales Manager with administrative and customer-facing tasks to ensure excellent service. Prepare daily sales and KPI reports, compile quotations, and maintain customer data and departmental filing systems. Handle incoming customer phone calls, address concerns professionally, and escalate when needed. Coordinate with store teams and interior designers to ensure stock availability, while supporting internal teams through the sales process.
