•Serve as a technical thought leader by evaluating Salesforce capabilities (Salesforce Flow, Agentforce, Einstein AI) and recommending adoption paths.
•Design, build, and govern Salesforce integrations with adjacent systems using Workato, owning end-to-end solution architecture, scoping, and risk assessment.
•Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Operations to gather requirements, co-design solutions, and communicate throughout delivery.

•2+ years building and maintaining integrations with Workato or comparable iPaaS tools, including recipe design, error handling, and documentation.
•Proficiency with Salesforce DevOps tooling, including Gearset or comparable CI/CD platforms and Salesforce DX / Git-based source control workflows.
