Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate client onboarding, including managing Financial Advisor prospect pipeline, assisting with proposal generation, preparing paperwork, opening accounts, transitioning new assets, and establishing client service plans.
  • •Answer incoming phone calls, manage client needs where possible, and advise Financial Advisor of actions taken; schedule client appointments and meetings as needed.
  • •Maintain client relationships using the CRM system and support client communications through mailings, reporting, and e-mail tracking while implementing client service models.
  • •Assemble materials for client meetings and organize seminars and client events, including developing client lists, designing content, coordinating PowerPoint presentations, and following up with clients.
  • •Execute client account transactions and special projects as needed, including investment opportunity reviews and notifying Financial Advisors to take action.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.36 - 36.67 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of prior industry and/or administrative work experience.
  • •Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam and Series 7 plus Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65, or willingness to study and obtain within 18 months of hire.
  • •Strong technology aptitude and ability to adopt new tools, including AI-enabled solutions.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn and navigate Baird’s technology platforms.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain client confidentiality.
