Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain equipment records in SAP, including adding/inactivating equipment and updating equipment attributes (e.g., ABC, type, functional location).
  • •Set up and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance plans in SAP and generate PM work orders for the next 14–28 days.
  • •Monitor, release, and schedule PM work orders to maintenance crews while minimizing scheduled overtime and maintaining reliability.
  • •Review SAP notifications/work requests, collaborate with requestors, create work orders, and prepare job plans/work order packets.
  • •Plan corrective work and coordinate parts identification/reservation (or purchase requisitions), and analyze SAP part-failure data to detect trends.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year experience as a maintenance planner or coordinator.
