Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the go-to Workday expert for assigned HR modules, owning system configuration and maintaining standards, procedures, and documentation.
  • •Triages and resolves Workday issues by investigating, analyzing, testing, and fixing system problems, bugs, and inquiries.
  • •Support key annual HR processes such as performance reviews, merit/bonus cycles, and goal setting.
  • •Maintain and evolve a product roadmap and backlog for supported modules in partnership with the business.
  • •Lead and manage AMS support resources aligned to your modules and contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Management, or related field and 2+ years of relevant technology-based experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • •Strong analytical/diagnostic skills with a passion for process improvement.
  • •Functional understanding of HRIS design, structure, and processes.
  • •Excellent Excel skills and strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
