Lead reward initiatives including job architecture, compensation review cycles, and market benchmarking, using market data and internal insights to recommend compensation strategies that balance competitiveness, fairness, and business needs. Collaborate across Talent Acquisition to support equitable, market-informed offers and internal mobility, while ensuring reward programs are communicated and operationally effective.
