Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate system requirements into detailed hardware design specifications aligned with firmware and software needs.
  • •Lead design and development of hardware modules and systems for low-power IoT devices, including schematic capture, PCB design, bring-up, and production support.
  • •Collaborate with firmware and software engineers to integrate hardware with tracking and sensor telemetry over LPWAN or Cellular IoT networks.
  • •Execute end-to-end hardware, firmware, and connectivity testing, including debugging, root-cause analysis, and resolution of design, manufacturing, and field issues.
  • •Provide technical leadership and coordinate external design partners/subcontractors to drive project execution, design reviews, documentation, and cross-functional delivery from concept through production.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experience in related hardware fields.
  • •Strong knowledge of hardware system architecture, board-level design, and electronic component selection.
  • •Proficiency with OrCAD Capture for schematic design and PCB layout design.
  • •Experience with low-power hardware design techniques, including battery-powered systems and power optimization.
  • •Understanding of RF and wireless IoT technologies (e.g., BLE, Wi‑Fi, Thread, Zigbee, LoRa, Cellular) plus hardware debugging using lab equipment.
