Job Summary

Oversee IT governance and program/project execution for a federal contract, serving as a primary point of contact and supervising contractor personnel. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the Government’s primary point of contact and provide overall supervision and direction for contractor personnel.
•Oversee program/project management activities across the contract to ensure quality and efficiency.
•Lead IT governance, including strategic planning, risk management, requirements management, and business process re-engineering.
•Drive business intelligence and data analytics, portfolio management, and CPIC-related planning and investment control.
•Coordinate enterprise architecture and configuration management, and support SharePoint development as part of contract execution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Physical Science, or other technology discipline (or equivalent via HS + experience).
•Minimum 10 years’ experience as program manager.
•Active Secret Security Clearance.
•General understanding of Agile software development and Scrum/SDLC concepts to support program delivery.
•Ability to support program areas including IT governance, portfolio/CPIC management, risk management, and requirements management.
