Maintain the health of deployed air defense technology by identifying, triaging, troubleshooting, and escalating incidents across the fleet. Perform root-cause and trend analyses on incident and sustainment data to support corrective action by product engineering teams. •Identify, triage, troubleshoot, and escalate incidents affecting health and performance of deployed air defense assets.
•Initiate root-cause analysis and produce trend analyses to enable follow-on investigation and root cause corrective action.
•Identify, record, analyze, and communicate incident and sustainment data trends to support decision-making across stakeholders.
•Collaborate to continuously sustain and modernize the deployed fleet via proactive hardware and software maintenance and upgrades.
•Execute project work focused on enhancing scalability of fleet sustainment processes and infrastructure.

Salary: USD 98,000 - 130,000 annually
