Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

Manage a portfolio of diverse, complex commercial relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with targeted prospects. Serve as a primary advisor to drive customer satisfaction and retention, cross-sell products with partner teams, and analyze portfolio performance to reduce risk and improve profitability. Facilitate credit requests end-to-end, including loan structuring, pricing, collateral, documentation, and industry/credit risk assessment. Ensure compliance and help resolve customer issues.
