Key Responsibilities

  • •Stand approximately 8 hours per day while hanging birds onto an overhead shackle line.
  • •Use two hands to grasp live chicken by the legs, avoiding bruising or breaking parts.

  • •Hang at least 28 birds per minute (birds weigh approximately 5–10 pounds).
  • •Wear required safety equipment and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor while following all hygiene and safety procedures.
