Production Management Trainee

Develop comprehensive knowledge of plant operations and manufacturing processes through on-the-job training under an assigned mentor. Learn products, panel and lumber grades, lumber math, and efficient material utilization, while building understanding of production scheduling, product costing, and budget/expense control. Support continuous improvement, efficiency standards, and safety, and supervise activities in line with company policies and applicable laws. Complete courses and prepare required reports.
