Job Summary

Project Controls Specialist to support planning, cost control, and financial reporting on large-scale engineering projects. You will develop dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, manage cost tracking and change orders, collaborate with engineering and design teams, and implement integrated project controls to align cost and schedule across multiple U.S. locations.

Key Responsibilities

•Support planning, coordination, and evaluation of project financial reporting under the direction of the Project Manager.
•Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize project health and KPIs using Power BI and/or Tableau.
•Develop and implement cost control procedures to track expenses, analyze variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
•Collaborate with engineering and design teams to evaluate cost-saving options and recommend value-added changes to optimize costs.
•Implement integrated project controls methodologies to align cost and schedule management efforts; communicate status to stakeholders and attend project meetings to resolve issues.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent (Study Level: Bachelor\'s Degree). Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., PMI-SP, AACE CCP/CEP) are a plus.
•7+ years of combined field and office project controls experience on large-scale projects.
•Extensive knowledge of cost estimating methodologies, cost control techniques, and schedule management best practices.
•Demonstrated experience developing dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
•Experience working with and/or administering Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, e-Builder, Procore, or similar platforms.
