Senior Cost Control Manager – Data Center Construction

Serve as the key day-to-day client interface for a large-scale data center construction program, delivering cost management services with a strong focus on change management and commercial governance. Lead change identification, evaluation, documentation, and approvals; review and negotiate change orders; maintain change logs and cost tracking; and provide cost analysis, monthly reporting, and variance insights to support client decisions across the full construction lifecycle.
