Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide astrologically and grammatically correct written responses in English to client questions.
  • •Deliver engaging astrology, palmistry, and tarot readings for clients in English during live video calls.
  • •Prepare video and voice messages for clients in response to their questions, including appearing on camera.
  • •Follow ethical rules and company standards when providing readings.
  • •Meet response-time and message-volume targets, including assigning messages to the Chat Ops team and covering weekends.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience creating and reading natal and transit birth charts, with comfort giving predictive astrology readings.
  • •Experience with palmistry and confidence answering questions based on palm lines and markings.
  • •Ability to read tarot cards and provide readings based on various spreads.
  • •Confident to give readings in writing and during live video calls, including preparing short video/voice messages.
  • •Excellent spoken and written English, strong computer skills, accurate typing, and the ability to work independently in a quiet space.
