Portfolio Analyst (Venture Banking - Tech)

Monitor borrower performance by analyzing credit, collateral, financial statements, and compliance with loan and security agreements. Identify deviations from expected results, complete borrower risk assessments, and maintain accurate internal data systems. Support underwriting modifications or renewals and help present deals to the credit committee. Collaborate with portfolio company management teams, produce internal deliverables, and travel to client sites as needed.
