Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a strategic thought partner to the COO and CEO on market positioning, competitive strategy, pricing, geographic expansion, and capital allocation.
  • •Own annual planning and quarterly forecasting, including driver-based financial models across revenue, cost, and headcount.
  • •Oversee accounting operations including monthly close, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and financial statement preparation.
  • •Prepare board-level financial packages and investor updates; support fundraising, debt financing, and M&A diligence.
  • •Lead, mentor, and scale the finance organization while selecting and optimizing finance systems and building automated processes using AI-assisted workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •18+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including significant time as VP of Finance, CFO, or equivalent senior finance executive.
  • •Proven success in a high-growth B2B cybersecurity, SaaS, or infrastructure technology company (Series D/E/F) with over $200M in ARR.
  • •Strong command of GAAP accounting, SaaS financial metrics, financial controls, and audit processes.
  • •Demonstrated experience through key inflection points such as Series C+, late-stage private, or IPO preparation.
  • •Hands-on experience evaluating, selecting, and scaling financial systems and tools like NetSuite, Workday, and Adaptive Insights.
