Lead all aspects of an assigned branch, driving performance through coaching, people management, and business development. Grow branch revenue by building small business and mass affluent client relationships through face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies while partnering with IRM and operations teams to strengthen One Team culture.
