Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate facilities projects to ensure vendors meet standards while delivering promised services, materials, and craftsmanship
  • •Plan and direct construction activities of internal resources as well as all involved subcontractors for each phase of construction and lead any coordination meetings between trades
  • •Work hand in-hand with Construction Projects Team to maintain accurate records of daily logs, progress reports, financial reports related to the construction of facilities
  • •Enforce contract expectations from subcontractors and communication of any discrepancies
  • •Approve work being performed by subcontractors and handle any related issue
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency
  • •8+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • •4+ years of experience leading the coordination of multiple trades on site
  • •Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite tools and PDF editor software such as Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat
  • •Ability to work extended hours and/or weekends as necessary to meet business needs
