  • •Drive post-incident reviews, embed lessons learned, and implement improvements to enhance organisational resilience.

  • •Experience developing incident response processes, playbooks, and governance frameworks within regulated or risk-sensitive environments.
  • •Proven ability to design and deliver incident response exercises to test readiness and validate processes.
  • •Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and mentor analysts.
