Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct hands-on insider threat investigations, use case development, and detection development using platforms like UEBA, UAM, and SIEM.
  • •Monitor and analyze insider threat indicators; preserve evidence and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders including HR and Legal.
  • •Design and execute proactive, hypothesis-driven threat hunts across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.
  • •Develop proactive detections and alerts by applying adversary TTP knowledge and threat intelligence, including MITRE ATT&CK.
  • •Drive program evolution by advising on best practices, maintaining documentation, enhancing metrics, and supporting incident response and red/blue/purple exercises as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,000 - 181,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field—or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years in Insider Threat and/or Threat Hunting roles.
  • •Proficiency with Insider Threat and Threat Hunting tools, along with experience with log analysis.
  • •Deep understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and adversary TTPs.
  • •Strong analytical, research, writing, and executive-communication skills; ability to work independently and escalate risks appropriately.
