Lead a small group of store managers across dual brands (Crocs and Hey Dude), typically covering 6–8 locations. Drive outstanding guest service, maintain visual excellence, and ensure operational compliance in a fast-paced retail environment. Own area financial performance by meeting projections and maximizing revenue opportunities. Coach and develop store managers, support recruitment and retention of talent, and oversee operational excellence including loss prevention, cash handling, inventory control, safety, and security.
