Assistant Store Manager

Support the store’s day-to-day operations and ensure an excellent customer experience by assisting the Store Manager and covering in their absence. Drive sales by coaching the team on KPIs, implementing promotions, monitoring performance, and executing sales strategies. Oversee store administration, inventory control, merchandising, stock levels, and visual standards while managing schedules and addressing staff concerns. Maintain security procedures and uphold brand and company expectations.
