Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and plan work package activities (deliverables, milestones, schedule, resources, finances, risks & opportunities, suppliers).
  • •Lead work package execution through reporting and communication.
  • •Coordinate resource needs with the relevant Discipline Managers.
  • •Identify and resolve issues related to work package execution.
  • •Pilot deliverable quality and control the work package technical and financial baseline, then capture execution knowledge for future offers.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or equivalent, with proven experience in a similar role.
  • •Have already managed activities in terms of cost, schedule, and quality.
  • •Strong ability to animate, organize, and lead cross-functional work in a multi-discipline team.
  • •Familiar with structuring and managing a work package, including performance improvement and cost/budget estimation.
  • •Team spirit and ability to federate stakeholders in demanding industrial programs.
