Key Responsibilities

•Organize and plan work package activities (deliverables, milestones, schedule, resources, finances, risks & opportunities, suppliers).
•Lead work package execution through reporting and communication.
•Coordinate resource needs with the relevant Discipline Managers.
•Identify and resolve issues related to work package execution.
•Pilot deliverable quality and control the work package technical and financial baseline, then capture execution knowledge for future offers.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree or equivalent, with proven experience in a similar role.
•Have already managed activities in terms of cost, schedule, and quality.
•Strong ability to animate, organize, and lead cross-functional work in a multi-discipline team.
•Familiar with structuring and managing a work package, including performance improvement and cost/budget estimation.
•Team spirit and ability to federate stakeholders in demanding industrial programs.
