Key Responsibilities

•Pilot end-to-end design and execution of executive briefings at the Paris Innovation Center, tailoring AI/Data/CRM agendas to client objectives to move deals forward.
•Provide functional leadership to the Paris team by coordinating day-to-day operations, handling escalations, and partnering with internal teams and external providers.
•Collaborate with sales leadership and account teams to align SIC commitments to pipeline goals and track program performance using operational and pipeline metrics.
•Support and coach the Paris team while contributing to a collaborative, inclusive culture within the broader regional marketing organization.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in field marketing, sales, solution engineering, or executive briefing programs with a demonstrated track record of C-suite pipeline generation.
•Strong B2B market knowledge and the ability to navigate complex global organizations while partnering with sales, marketing, and operations.
•Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, including leading workshops and presenting comfortably to executive audiences.
•Direct experience managing or running an Executive Briefing Center (EBC) or an Innovation Center program.
•Fluency in French and English to engage effectively with local and international stakeholders.
