Train in production as a plastics and rubber technologist at the Gotha site, starting in Aug/Sep 2026 for 36 months. You’ll learn production planning and control, operate and control automated coating systems, support tool and machine setup, and carry out process monitoring with quality checks. The program includes guidance by training officers and on-site learning across multiple production activity areas.
