Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day production support for Wealth Management applications, APIs, data platforms, and cloud-hosted services.
  • •Monitor application health with observability tools (Dynatrace), triage alerts, restore services, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • •Investigate issues across Azure, AKS/Kubernetes, PCF, Kafka, Databricks, Oracle SQL, Neo4j, GraphQL/API, Java, Unix, and related dependencies.
  • •Support Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes in ServiceNow, including updates, evidence capture, escalation, impact assessment, and closure.
  • •Coordinate SSL certificate management and secrets/access management using CyberArk and Azure Key Vault; participate in release and DR readiness activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience in application support, production operations, or site reliability support for enterprise-grade platforms.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot issues across application, database, API, cloud, container, messaging, certificate, and infrastructure layers.
  • •Working knowledge of Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes and contributing to RCA/postmortems.
  • •Comfort collaborating with development, business, infrastructure, cyber/security, and vendor/enterprise support groups.
  • •Preferred: BFSI, Wealth Management, or financial-services technology experience.
