Associate Director MEP Cost Management - Real Estate

Lead cost management for MEP work across a range of real estate projects and masterplans. Manage and delegate activities across feasibility estimates, cost planning, contract procurement, tender documentation and evaluation, value engineering, fee generation, dispute resolution, and post-contract management. Support a safe and inclusive team culture, drive performance standards, and advise subordinates on technical issues while ensuring excellent service delivery.
