Job Summary

Drive end-to-end contract lifecycle for supplier engagements at Stripe by reviewing terms, preparing agreements, and coordinating with Legal, Finance, Sourcing and business stakeholders. Leverage Agiloft templates, manage DRIs, and optimize processes to scale operations, improve visibility, and reduce risk while guiding commercial negotiations and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Sourcing, Third Party Risk, and Stripe Buyers/Business leaders) to prepare and drive contracts efficiently through the various stages of Stripe’s third party engagements process
•Partner with internal teams such as Finance, Legal, Security and Sourcing to improve collaboration between contracting and other functions, reducing Stripe’s risk and improving visibility into our processes
•Utilize templates and fall back positions
•Manage pre-assigned engagements within our Contract Lifecycle Management system (Agiloft)
•Be responsible for end-to-end contract lifecycle management

Key Requirements

•4-5 years of relevant experience in end-to-end contract lifecycle management with a degree in Law or relevant field
•Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent Stripe effectively with experienced business leaders
•Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to work independently, analyze problems and make complex investigations decisions
•Ability to earn trust quickly and drive value for a critical function involving multiple stakeholders with the ability to stand behind opinions with sound reasoning
•Operationally focused mindset with a laser focus on efficiency and continuous improvement
