Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end project delivery for all technology components of store expansion activities across APAC.
  • •Develop, maintain, and track project plans, milestones, budgets, and timelines.
  • •Coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • •Drive standardisation and process improvement through playbooks, governance frameworks, and SOPs.
  • •Act as primary contact for regional vendors, monitoring SLAs, quality, timelines, and managing escalations.
