Insurance Solutions Manager

Develop relationships with regional banking segment partners and help them identify insurance needs and refer opportunities to the insurance team, with a Life Insurance focus and additional support across personal lines and small business. Create and implement marketing plans with training and referral activities, provide technical product support and issue resolution, run lead reports in Max, and travel throughout the footprint to set goals, present insurance products/processes, and train new bankers.
